'I\'ve been a chef in Canada for approximately 10 years. I introduce an authentic recipe that you can make  Spicy  Karaage  by yourself at home.  Ingredients: 10 chicken thighs 20 g grated garlic 20 g chopped ginger 25 ml cooking sake 40 ml soy sauce 40 ml sesame oil  instruction: 1.Cut chicken thighs larger than bite-sized 2.Put the meat in a bowl and add grated garlic, chopped ginger, cooking sake, soy sauce, sesame oil 3.and knead well 4.Wrap and soak in the refrigerator overnight 5.Add potato starch to the meat and fry for 3 minutes the heat of 160 degrees (320°F) 6.Remove excess oil after frying 7.Enjoy!!'
